Mohuddle

New: speak your notes

Care notes that write themselves.

Staff talk through the shift for two minutes. Mohuddle fills in the note; they check it and sign. Medications, time clock, incidents, reviews and payroll run here too.

The scribe

Two minutes of talking instead of thirty minutes of typing.

She ate all of her oatmeal and two cups of water, took her Sertraline fine. We worked on her cooking goal, she made a salad for lunch with one reminder…

Speak

Tell it like you would tell the next shift.

Tap Start speaking and talk for a minute or two. A checklist on screen reminds you what to cover: meals, medications, goals, behaviour, sleep and family.

02

Check

Your words become the note.

Meals go in meals, behaviour in behaviour, and a summary at the end. Every filled part is highlighted, and it tells you what you did not mention.

03

Sign

You stay the author.

Change anything that is wrong and sign it yourself. The AI never signs, never overwrites what you typed, and supervisors still review it.

Private by design

Your voice never leaves your building.

Speech becomes words, and words become the note, on your own server. The recording is never saved, and nothing is sent to another company.

One place for the whole agency

Everything your homes run on.

Built with providers who support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, around the forms and reviews they already answer to.

Plan goals that count

Every note shows how often a goal was worked on, against the plan.

A day with Mohuddle

From clock-in to payroll, nothing falls through.

  1. 1

    Before the shift

    Clock in at the home

Staff clock in on their phone at the home, read the last handover, and see who they support today.

  2. 2

    During the shift

    Care, recorded as it happens

Doses on the MAR, incidents started from the person, and the note spoken in two minutes.

  3. 3

    End of shift

    Nothing left behind

Clock-out checks the handover, the notes and the doses. What is missing is shown before they leave.

  4. 4

    In the office

    Review, approve, pay

Supervisors approve notes in bulk, timesheets lock into payroll, and EVV visits export in one file.

For everyone on the team

Each person sees their own work.

Reminders reach the right phone at the right time: shifts, breaks, late doses and notes sent back. Who is told about what is a setting, not a phone call.

Direct support staff

Talk through the shift instead of typing for half an hour. Check, sign, go home.

Home managers

See who is on, what is late and what needs a look, for your home only.

Coordinators and admins

Review queues, deadlines and settings for the whole agency in one place.

Nurses

Medication exceptions, health notes, weights and appointments, without chasing paper.

Care you can account for

Ready for the reviewer, the auditor and the state.

Every change has a name

Notes are signed electronically. Edits after signing keep the before and after, who made them and why.

Deadlines watch themselves

Tier 1 incidents count down to the DIDD deadline. Late doses, overdue notes and no-shows reach the right people.

Your rules, not ours

Clock-in allowances, required checks, note sections, review flags and who is told: all settings an admin changes.

Questions agencies ask

Where does the voice go?

To your own server. Speech is turned into words and the note is drafted there; the recording is never saved and nothing is sent to another company.

Does the AI sign notes?

No. It only fills empty boxes. Staff read every highlighted part, change what is wrong, and sign it themselves. Supervisors can still review it.

Can we set our own rules?

Yes. Deadlines, required checks, who is told about what, clock-in allowances, note sections and review flags are settings, not code.

Is it only for Tennessee?

It started with Tennessee DIDD providers, so it speaks their forms. The rules are settings, so other states' agencies can set their own.
